2.  Add the mushrooms and proceed to sauté for 3
minutes.  Take away the skillet from the
warmth and put aside.

3.  In a medium stockpot, warmth the broth and add
the carrots, celery, and astragalus.

4.  Add the reserved sautéed onion combination to the
stockpot.

5.  In case you would like the stew to be a bit of
extra soupy, add some water.  Deliver the
stew to a boil.

6.  Scale back to a low simmer for quarter-hour.

7.  Add the thyme, cayenne pepper, and nettle and
simmer for 3 extra minutes.
